These Terms of Service govern use of Arb Engine, a performance-marketing analytics and research platform operated by Nexgen Import LLC.

Purpose

Arb Engine provides analytics, research, experimentation, performance measurement, risk-management, and decision-support tools for advertising and performance-marketing activities.

No Guarantee of Results

Arb Engine produces estimates, analyses, probabilities, rankings, and recommendations based on available information. Advertising performance is uncertain. Arb Engine does not guarantee profitability, campaign performance, conversion rates, advertising costs, buyer payouts, or financial returns.

User Responsibility

Users remain responsible for advertising spending decisions, campaign configuration, compliance with advertising-platform policies, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and reviewing Arb Engine outputs before acting on them.

Arb Engine does not autonomously make real-money advertising expenditures without explicit human action.

Third-Party Services

Arb Engine may integrate with third-party services such as Google Ads. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third party's own terms, policies, and requirements.

Intellectual Property

Arb Engine, including its software, analytics systems, models, interface, and related intellectual property, is owned by Nexgen Import LLC unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer

Arb Engine is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties regarding accuracy, availability, profitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexgen Import LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of Arb Engine or decisions made based on its outputs.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as Arb Engine develops. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
